Privacy Policy
We promise to respect your privacy. Please be assured that we will never pass on your details to third party organisations and that your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence.
Delivery and Carriage
Cost of delivery is dependant on number of items in cart. Please add to cart for a quote before entering checkout.
For orders over £100 carriage within the UK is FREE.
Delivery is by Royal Mail or by courier.
Generally you can expect to receive your goods within 7 working days however this is not guaranteed. If you would like your goods sooner please contact us for confirmation before placing your order.
Returns and Refund policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your Pocket Fold products. If however you are not happy because the item is in anyway faulty we will refund the cost of your purchase or replace with like for like. This is providing that the items have not been used and are still in their original condition and wrapping. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt that you would like to apply for a refund. All exchanges and refunds will be subject to a 25% handling charge plus the cost of the postage.
As many of our products are made to order, refund or replacement will not be given simply because of personal opinion. Our word is final. However we are confident that you will find the quality of our product second to none.

Contact by email sales@pocketfoldinvites.co.uk to inform us that you would like to return your items.
Package the items carefully (preferably in their original packaging, ensuring you have crossed out the original delivery details). Be sure to enclose the original packing note, or alternatively your full name, address and email, and state clearly the reason for returning the goods

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting, or insure it for the value of the packing note. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive back with us or are damaged in transit.
Upon receipt, we will check that items have not been used and are in their original wrapping, and will refund the cost of your goods
Damaged Items
If your products are damaged on arrival, please contact us at sales@pocketfoldinvites.co.uk within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange to either send out replacement items or issue a refund
