We promise to respect your privacy. Please be assured that we will never pass on your details to third party organisations and that your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence.
Delivery and Carriage
Delivery is by Royal Mail or by courier.
Generally you can expect to receive your goods within 7 working days however this is not guaranteed. If you would like your goods sooner please contact us for confirmation before placing your order.
Changes can be made to an order free of charge within the first four hours of receiving an order confirmation email, changes requested after these four hours have passed may not be honoured or may incur additional charges.
Use of the 'Express Yourself' custom sizing feature is subject to availability and additional charges may be incurred to allow for order processing. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any queries!
Returns and Refund policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your Pocketfold products. If however you are not happy because the item is in anyway faulty we will refund the cost of your purchase or replace with like for like. This is providing that the items have not been used and are still in their original condition and wrapping. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt that you would like to apply.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations only apply to certain categories of products. What this means is that you cannot change your mind and send any of the following Products back:
* Products that have been pesonalised for you, including items that have been modified or altered by you.
* Bespoke items, that have been cut to a size which we would not normally offer for sale.
* Clearance items.
* Pocketfolds purchased using the assembly option
* Glitter card cut below A4 in size
As many of our products are made to order, refund or replacement will not be given simply because of personal opinion, and a 15% restocking fee is applicable unless a fault is present within the product prior to point of return. However we are confident that you will find the quality of our product second to none.
Please note that a refund/discount will not be given after you have sent your invitations to your guests! ; )
Please follow the steps below.
Contact by email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you would like to return your items, you will then be issued with a goods return label.
Package the items carefully (preferably in their original packaging, ensuring you have crossed out the original delivery details). Be sure to enclose the goods return note, or alternatively enclose your full name, address and email, and state clearly the reason for returning the goods

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting, or insure it for the value of the packing note. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive back with us or are damaged in transit.
Upon receipt, we will check that items have not been used and are in their original wrapping, and will refund the cost of your goods
If your products are damaged on arrival, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange to either send out replacement items or issue a refund
Please note that the 'Handmade Invitations & Inspirations' Range is not available for Trade Customers. This is as designs are exclusive to Pocketfold Invites and therefore should not be sold on.
